BRM withdrew a third car, which left Flockhart free to enter for Walker’s Cooper. Campbell did not attend the event. Ecclestone only brought one car to Monaco, leaving Kessler and Emery having to share a car to qualify, and he also took part in practice himself. Gould did not have his Maserati available and tried to qualify with the Centro Sud car. |
